Hi guys, just wondering if IRCC would use the address in the PR portal for mailing our PR cards. The reason why I asked is I found in some cases people got their cards before their addresses were approved in the portal. If IRCC may use the address in our EE applications, it would cause problem...

It was last Thursday. I guess there's still a huge backlog. So it may take days for IRCC to see your web form inquiry. Give it time.

Finally received my ecopr after about 3 weeks' waiting. It seems the web form did help. Got mine 5 days after. Btw, my VO is VLU, OSC. 1st portal email: June 23 2nd email with credential: June 24 Photo and address submitted: June 26 Ecopr: July 13 PR Card: Waiting

Thanks for your kind advice. I've sent the doc using the web form. Don't trust my representative anymore. Hopefully, the IRCC agent could help process my request and have my application status updated.

Called IRCC this morning. Surprisingly found out that my application in cic still showed "Your action is required". The agent told me that I still have one document to be uploaded. In fact, my representative combined two documents into one file. She only used one field for uploading the file and...

No need to upload the back of your photo. IRCC just needs the photo for your PR card. They don't check when your photo was taken.

Received portal email on the same day(Jun 23). Uploaded my phone and my address on June 26. Still waiting for ecopr(Virtual VO). If you guys receive ecopr, please let me know. Thanks.

Congrats! Just curious about where you found your ecopr? Sorry, it may sound silly. But my application was created by my immigration agent and I don't have access. I uploaded my photo in the PR portal on Jun 26. But I didn't find the ecopr in that portal. So I assume it's on the cic website?
