I just received my invite and its actually in person in Mississauga. Does that mean certificate is given at that point in time or do i still need to wait?

Thanks. I've emailed them to see if the August 2nd has an E-cert option. Worst case scenario, does it take 2 weeks to receive the Certificate in mail?

I see some folks have either received an e-Cert option in the actual invite or they have had to opt for the E-cert during the ceremony. I'm assuming it depends on the office? Great news, i finally received my Oath invite for August 2nd. I have travel booked for August 29th, is it cutting it short?

Nope still waiting(LPP completed June 14th), NFG office said it takes 3-4 months from the time your LPP is completed to get the oath invitation

Received a call back and the agent said that they are unable to provide me with an update on my oath invitation status as my application is still with my office(NGF). They recommended i email my office and ask for an update, which i did on Tuesday, but not reply yet

I had the same response(LPP completed June 14th), i wonder if its NGF's timeline. I actually sent another email on Tuesday letting them know im travelling at the end of August and if it was possible to schedule my oath, havent heard back from them yet

Hey guys, throwing another scenario out there for opinions and thoughts. Can i travel back to Canada with my British passport as a tourist if i don't get my physical passport in hand by the time i travel?
