Exactly he is going to that type of school, we do have some different reports and we also can get report from doctors if we need it? Should I do his medical examination from canadian authorize doctor and see what they say?

Its special school for Mentally challenged people. In doctors term they say Slow learner.

He is physically fit. Able to do his daily necessities by hi own. He is just like a 9 year old kid. His brain didn't develop more than 9 year old kid. He is right now 21 years old but he like to play with kids. Doctors didn't provide him any medicine of any kind. They said he doesn't need medicine.

I submitted a letter from school that they are approving 3 weeks holidays..and 1 bank statement which shows money under his name. That's it and other basic forms.

Hey all, I applied on 30th Sept. For my parents and younger brother who is a special child and dependant on my parents. Got approval today on 31oct. For my parents.. but they rejected my younger brother's visa. Reason is section 179b ..Does somebody now what that section 179b .. how can I find...

What specific documents did u provide for employment and financials?

Thankyou so much for clarification dear..but last time when they rejected the visa for 3 of them.. they didn't mention the reason of my brother's condition. They gave purpose of visit and travel history as reason. How can I explain better purpose of visit I mentioned last time that due to my job...
