I have just submitted my application and tried to pay with a credit card however the payment was declined as this credit card needs authorization. I am now trying to pay with another credit card but I cant see where to do that can someone please help.

I went to the embassy and filled out a form. If you go to the UAE embassy website it will have all the details. They will require a copy of your visa.

The people at the panel physicians office put down a wrong passport number on one of the medical receipts. They are telling me that they have already informed CIC but I do not want to take the risk if uploading the wrong emedical page.

Thanks for that advise. The thing is i have no problem with the affidavit or the translation itself. Its now the certified copy. I have to have some stamps translated from my passport. Is that a requirement at this stage?
