Hello guys, So on the declaration card where it says to fill out the home address, do you write the home address in Pakistan or the address in Canada? So since my husband is landing in Canada for the first time he would write my home address in Canada right?

Received COPR. Took 3 days to get the visa stamped

As long as you’re a citizen it doesn’t matter if you stay there with your spouse. Since you’re gonna come back after a short while so you’re all good to go. I know plenty of cases where the sponsor stays with the PA for the entire processing time

Yes that's true at least they are working on your file. You might get lucky and get PPR after two weeks :)

Why did you get re med request so late? When did your upfront medical expire?

Lool honestly you need to relax!! It's only been 5 months for you... A lot of us have been waiting for more than triple that time. If you keep thinking this way and counting each day you will go insane. Occupy yourself and don't think about this process much. You should really start panicking...

They ask for a last explanation of something that’s concerning them. If you satisfy them then they will continue processing your app, if not then they will reject it

I enquired through my M.P. two times so far in these 3 months. You should talk to your M.P. Just to tell you, my husbands medical expired in April and he got a re med request by the end of July

Any early-mid 2016 applicants that got DM/PPR this month? Half of December has passed and at this point I don’t think LVO will complete anymore hanging 2016 applications by the end of 2017. Really disappointing and depressing :(

Their number is 1-888-242-2100. I think you can only call from Canada.

Looks like they’ve reached the 80% of 2016 applications they said they will complete by the end of Dec 2017... :/
