Would it have any conflicts with establishing intent as the case officers see it. Spousal pr is so you can unite with your family whereas express entry is so you can work there.

The form asks for mother's name at birth. Should I be putting her maiden name? Her surname changed after marriage. Is it ok to give her old name although my current passport has her new name she took after her marriage?
