Keep trying the line. I called today and it took me a few attempts going through the menu and being kicked out of the system until they took my call. Followed by a 30 minute wait. At least I got through to an agent!

We did get Canada post tracking. It was confirmed received a few days after sending. I can't remember about the alerts.

Hi all, We sent our spousal application out on May 27th. It's July 17th now and we haven't heard anything yet. No AOR, and when I use the online tool it says that it hasn't even been received yet which would make sense if they haven't opened it yet but.. :( Is this uncommon?
