Thanks. Submitted my passport last May 30, they delivered June 3. Is it normal that I did not get a return tracking from Aramex?

Anyone here used Aramex to submit their passport directly to Canada Embassy. I did not get any return tracking number from Aramex. Now my application is approved yesterday, but until today I did not receive any call or sms from Aramex that my passport is already picked up from embassy.

Depending on the wording of your RPRF request you can get the rough stage where your application is currently at. If it says somethung like "found eligible" then you have passed eligibility stage and will undergo security stage.

You can send an email to LVO email and ask for extension. Also state your reason why you cannot provide the passports within 30 days

From what I have seen in my file, it will be ghost update once your file is sent to the visa officer Meaning, the initial checks ny the analyst is done. Anything can happen from ghost update, from RPRF request, ADR or straight PPR.

I am guessing it is based on the priority as Bill was mentioning the PNP Triage which is unknown to us.
