I called customer care and they told me my file is moved from Scarborough office to Mississauga Office on 16th Feb. Anyone on same boat any idea how long it takes. AOR 4 March Online. No update after test completed Oct 2022

Received a test invite on Jan 31, 2023, for the family invitation. Test window Feb 6 to Feb 26

I called customer care and got to know that my processing office is Scarborough, no progress after test complete :( Online, AOR 4th March

I received my test invite from this email ID "notifications@ct-tc.apps.cic.gc.ca" what is CT-TC stands for, how can I find the processing office? Please advise.
