It's random . you could get it fast or it could be 5 or 6 months after dm. I've been waiting a bit over 4 months after dm . i'm a march applicant so you could estimate your timeline

called CIC and they're saying still working on the file . i give up ima check status again next month

I don't think so . It's a different office processing it i think. and it's electronic notes so no one is pulling any file from any pack
