Thanks for your reply. Did submit my passports at VFS Mumbai today. Was seamless and took about 25-30 minutes. They just asked for the PR letter, passports and 2 photos. Paid the fees, filled in form with contact details & was issued the receipt showing the tracking ID

Can anybody help from their experience as to how much time it will take for submission of passports at VFS Mumbai? An hour - two? Accordingly I can book my train tickets. Thanks in advance
