Solemn Declaration Concerning a Lost, Stolen, Destroyed or Never-Receivd PR card

I received my PR card a whole six weeks after faxing the solemn declaration. Not sure if the processing times have increased or I was just unlucky.

Proof of Funds from State Bank of India

Yes I did, as the bank letter only gave current balance and not six month average.

I too had problems with application no. Both UCI+family name and Name+DOB worked for me. Again, the family name has to be exactly same as in COPR.

I had the same issue. Then in the 'place of birth' field, I entered the exact same text as it appears in the COPR. For eg., my COPR has only <city> whereas for my son it has <city>, <state>.

Do we declare all work experience in EE

You can explain in your LoE that you are unable to get a reference letter from your Indian employer. You can attach your email exchanges evidencing this. Suggest not leaving out any information from your EE profile.

Yes. I don't think they update ADR status. I have got my COPR as well and still the ADR status has not changed. Even the IP2 message (started background check) did not change post PPR and only after COPR, it changed to "your background check was completed". So it is best to not read too much...

It never changed for me despite PR being approved. Still says "We are reviewing the additional documents you provided". So I guess they don't really update that.
