    Hi Guys, Good luck everyone for today's draw, my crs is 431, NOC 2171 with 5 years experience, i submitted my profile on July 6th, and passed only TEF (Got CLB 10), and no IELTS so far. I still didn't receive NOI from Ontario, do you think it could be related to the fact that i didn't take IELTS?
