Hi, I have sent the Solemn declaration through fax yesterday on 22-Feb-2017. As per CIC agent, PR card was mailed to me on 9th Jan and it has been more than 6 weeks, I have not received the card yet. Will keep updating my card's status on this post.

Yes..such an important document getting mailed through Normal post. Tracking number is also not available, atleast we could have tracked it down or collected it from Canada Post itself :(

Hi @salikgilani, Any updates on ur PR card?

IRCC agent told me that I need to wait for 6 weeks i.e. till 20 Feb. After that only I can raise a request for lost card..and that would be a long process. I asked her to give me a tracking number but she said they don't have the tracking number. Mail was sent through Canada Post from Sydney...

Congratulations.. how many days did it take for u from submitting passport to get it stamped.. I am planning to visit VFS Bangalore today.. Any idea how much time would it take for me to get my passport back... Passport needs to be sent to Canadian Embassy New Delhi

Have not opened my CIC account yet, totally forgot about it :P... It was "We do not need additional docs" last night... Let me check if anything has changed.. It's the same "We do not need additional documents."

7 days after IP2...

Did they email you as a reply to any enquiry or is approval mail something to be expected before PPR. I have not received any approval mail also. Anyways congratulations as you can get the PPR anytime from now
