Eligibility status changes only after your Visa is stamped on the passport i.e. after PPR and when COPR happens. But usually they say BOWP means that your eligibility is passed. so what would be left is Criminality, Security etc. CEC is clearing, so your PPR is anytime sooner. Good luck!!

Thats a great analysis and I really second that. I (CEC Inland, May 03 APR) got my status moved to IP2 today was in Ip1 for 2.5 months and then changed to NA2 on 11th August and today at IP2. I do see few others who have responded on CEC to say either NA2 or IP2.. so definitely there is progress...

IP1 as wording says "We will send you a message when we start bg check". I am not sure agent can say R10 passed or not, but you can always ask the specific question as some of the senior members have mentioned previously. It depends upon the experience level of the person who is responding
