Hi yes it slowed down my process..after sendinh wes duplication, it took 10 days to update my medical. It took 177 days to get my ppr. I ddnt do anything to speed up my process

Calling CIC is the fastest way. And you can just raise a webform mentioning that you want to know the VO. mention that particular reason only.... They are getting back. In my case, I got a reply after 8 days

You can start a conversation by clicking the "message icon" in the top right panel...left to that notification flag. Click on that and add a participant and title and start the conversation

Hahaaa.... Actually Feb may be too tooo cold as well.... From the begining i thought of moving in March... In my case, I have to get my EPF... I will be able to sort that thing by mid Feb....
