Hey guys, made my profile in october 2017, I am aware that there are a lot of candidates at 438 and that is why I haven't recreated it for OINP (yet) . Considering there are a lot of candidates joining the pool 440+ , what is the hope for 438? Should I opt for PNP or should I just do a 1 year...

I am talking about points being granted pre ITA. I included the ECA and got points, but since I am still not sure I removed the credential.

yeah I did see this but this is Pre Express entry era, so not sure if they are using the same manuals

I was advised not to

nope, so they asked me to send in the documents and said if they did not recognize then they will issue a refund.
