Go with IQAS. It will approve both. However the only exception is IMT-CDL courses done between 2004-2007 when it was affiliated by Vidyasagar University. Anything started and completed after that is approved. by IQAS. Good Luck...!!!

Are you referring the course start and End date ?? If Yes, then you can add the approximate date. If i remember correctly it ask for Month and Year and not the specific date..!!

As long as institute is UGC approved, there should not be any problem with IQAS. I believe SCDL is approved, so you can go ahead with IQAS evaluation.. All The Best...!!
