i have the same message along with passport request and Pre arrival..i sent my passport on December 5 now waiting to get it back.

After submitting CSQ and pass the sponsor eligibility, The Background check should start soon and from there we won’t know how long it would take.. mine has been in BGC in process since september — really hoping for PPR soon. i hope before christmas!

yes i did. in august they ask for new medical and processing fees then september they asked for updated forms and PCC. we submitted PCC and forms on the 20th of september.i hope for PPR next. if theres no more documents needed.

yes i recieved procedural fairness letter back in october 2017 then a final inadmissible letter with visa denial on ok april 2018.

yes i had a dismissed case..and sa request kasi ng embassy nilagay don to put the date of the case was filed then when i got the certification they only put the docket number and the judgement of the court which is permanently dismissed .i hope they will not make a big deal out of it.
