We got our medicals done at the same hospital where we had done initially (last year). They uploaded it. We didnt do anything.

Ive experienced the same so I believe his PPR is surely on the way thats y they have requested for Medicals again.

Well ours expired on 10th May 2018 while we got the request on 26th April 2018 so that doesnt matter

Lock-in Date on the 1st page of GCMS notes was 2018/04/26. This was the date we got a Medical Redo Request

It may mean you are not in security I guess. I am not very sure but somewhere I had read S15.S16 implies security

I also noticed a Lock Date of 2018/04/25. So maybe even that has significance

We were in security screening I guess as we have that S15(1) and S16(1)c on the right top corner of the notes.
