It's their system. Most likely they don't have any other message to display but they have to confirm that you do have those documents submitted in the system. Even though they weren't requested they are still additional documents. You shouldn't worry. Take it as your file started moving forward ;).

I received a letter/document on my cic account titled "Eligbility passed" stating that I meet the eligibility requierements. Nothing besides it. Ecas stating Decision Made. However, nothing more than that. I guess I should expect some letter about the interview date & time.

On ecas it doesnt show that you passed your medical, only that they received your medical. On cic account it will show that you passed your medical and only there.
