I pay the Quebec rate. Indeed they changed it to the Canadian rate but for bachelor degrees only. French students in a master's degree still get to pay the Quebec resident rate!

That's exactly what I meant, thank you! I was actually already paying the Quebec resident tuition fees as I have the French citizenship. There's an agreement between France and Quebec hence why there are so many French students here :)

Thanks for your answers! I don't see where would be the convenience to marry someone just to get the PR in Quebec, considering I could just use the PEQ program as a French speaker after graduating... Also I see my spouse often enough not to be desperate enough to drop my master mid-completion...

Congrats y'all. It seems that they have been very active lately. Especially for July and August applicants whose application was directly transferred to Mississauga, we're leading in the spreadsheets compared to other visa offices... Do you know how long it usually takes for them to send back...

We got SA approval around September 29th if I remember correctly. Then the one saying my app would be processed in Mississauga was on October 11th

Do you know who receives the PPR? Is it sent as a message in the GCkey account? Or sent directly by email? In that case is it sent to the sponsor or to the applicant?

Congrats on the pre-arrival letter! You’re getting to it! It seems like we have a very similar application and timeline then. They also had to call us before AOR1 to confirm our adresses. Hopefully we’ll be PR soon but this is already great news for the holidays.
