you are in IP1 . i had the same wordings and phoned cic to find out.the status. if it goes not applicable thats when ur R10 check is complete and then will go back to in process. thats IP2. so i you are in ip1 for sure

this totally doesnt make any sense .. i wonder if ur medicals were ever passed..

hey may i know wat does ur medicals section say in ur my cic account?? just to be clear here they asked you for additional medical exams after u passed medical exams?

i have the same time line and exactly the same thing. its NA2. basically R10 is done . i called cic and they said the same dont rely on the wordings of cic for IP1 and IP2. U basically finished IP1. u need to wait for IP2

May 18 AOR (CEC) July 28 - meds passed and background IP1 Aug 4- back grnd NOT APPLICABLE wats ur time line?

"We are proceesing your background check.we will send you a message if we need more information". this is not IP2 i called cic bcz mine said the same.. the agent confirmed they finished my r10 check and is now not applicable..

Does anyone know if eligibility is checked in R10 stage? are rejections mostly in IP1 or IP2?

hey i think we both share the same timeline including change of background checks.. and for everyone in the forum the wordings of background check doesnt indicate if its IP1 or IP2. bcz i had the wordings of IP2 but it was IP1.

I even doubt about this whole IP1 and IP2 thing that we talk about in these forums..

I have the exact same timeline my 18 aor and meds passed july 28 and background says the same as u have. I wonder if our applications are in IP2 or IP1. Most of them said its IP2. I wonder how come our applications got IP2 skipping all the steps??
