Your right @Karnesh even i'm contemplating another try my 5th, and 3rd for my Wife. After I achieved CLB9 in my 3rd try my points were 416 in May 2017, but I missed the ITA as the results (TRF) was withheld for random inspection/quality check....my hard luck. After that I gave my 4th try in Sep...

Very True @seeramzan. We all should pray for the OINP to open soon and send us the NOIs, 1500$ will be an investment to ours and our children bright future. The OINP route will be taken for sure no doubts.
