Got my OWP in my grubby little paws today :D Still no bites on the job front either, but hopefully with everyone back this week things will start moving. My lawyer recommended that I wait with my SIN as long as possible, in case I get a quick interview date, that way I only do it once...

Spoke with my lawyer yesterday, and due to the speed at which Vancouver work, I will probably only get my landing interview within the next 30-45 days.. Just in time for my birthday hopefully.. Happy New Year to everyone and hope that 2011 brings happy news for all!

Hi All.. Just wanted to share the latest news. Just got off the phone with CIC and my AIP was issued yesterday as well as my OWP. This is the best Christmas present ever! Now just waiting for the mail man. Merry Christmas everyone!

@boasorte: I called the help line and asked them specifically. I had to prove it was me, but other than that it was straight forward. After hearing how other people's medicals were "misplaced" I thought it prudent to check on mine.
