CRS 408 NOC 4031 Profile reloaded on 12th July Still no NOI Is there anybody of same NOC received NOI after 12th July. How likely are my chances to get ONIP as direct ITA seems to be far distance.

I have CRS 408 and would like to go for Ontario PNP. if i go for OINP than would i be still there in EE. My profile will be reloaded with new date stamp or what. There is lot of confusion in my mind regarding applying OINP, can any body tell me procedure and pro and cons of applying there. Thanks
