Hi guys my friend is a doctor and has 365 points in express entry? How do you guys get pnp to nominate you??? Does he have to write the entrance exam for licensing before getting a pnp? Thank you

When he is filling express entry thry ask u is ur spouse coming with u? And also they ask u the ietls score for your spouse? Should he fill all those things even tho I am a PR?
