How can you be absolutely sure of this? I've had some senior members tell me completely differently. In particular, if part time is 20 hours/week, it should be counted accordingly. For instance 20 hours/week for 1.5 years would translate to 1 year full-time (20/30)*1.5 = 1 year full time.
