CAIPS notes are details decission notes which are taken by visa officer while processing your visa.It has complete details regarding your visa why it get rejected,visa officer name,visa office,etc.

Applied on 28th June at Vfs Mumbai and was submitted to New Delhi got mail on 27th July that my visa is rejected.
