    I checked both the websites, 1. The website where draw and CRS table is published & 2. The website for EE profile login. Both websites are not showing any messages till now, related to maintenance. Could you please, clarify by sharing image, where you are seeing that message?

    If draw happen today, than its good and will give relief to us. But most likely the draw will happen tomorrow as per past draws' stats. And if anyhow, there is no draw tomorrow, then next days are Friday & Wednesday after that.

    I would suggest just wait for next draw, atleast. Based on the cutoff u can decide between 2 options. Additionally, I think cutoff will surely be near 400 after 3-4 draws. If u want direct ITA, u may have to wait till then. At the end, its up to you to compare pros and cons of each option.

    At CRS 411, you have good chance to get direct ITA. As compared to range 400-410, 410+ are lower in applicants number. Thus, cutoff to reach 410 will take significantly less time as the downward trend will be continued, to complete the yearly quota.

    Message for maintenance might appear on Tuesday, if draw is going to happen on Wednesday. Also if CIC have improved their servers and systems, then it is possible than there will be no such messages before draw day.
