Did the request for Additional documents ? My understanding for A39-A41 check is to ensure that you submitted the additional documents required. Check if it was initiated immediately after or before they sent the request if there is any.

My office is Ottawa with AOR 14th May 2019. I passed Eligibility and Criminality on Nov 2019. I was requested for additional documents on Nov 2019, however, my security has never been initiated. Any clue what is going on or any similar cases ?

It changed to not Applicable 7 days after the submission of the ADR. What I could notice in my gcms compared to other’s applicants’ gcms who their got security started after the adr is my file wasn’t assigned to an officer after receiving the documents.

1- No there was no ghost update. 2- Yes It changed to We are reviewing the additional documents you provided then to "Not Applicable" but there was no ghost update 3- The due date was 09-Dec-2019 4- It is not started 5- No there is no redaction On the day I received the ADR, there is A39-A41...

This was confirmed by two gcms notes and several calls with the IRCC.
