    Canadian Passport in person timeline

Yes it was checked in the lineup outside and then at the application booth. They do accept more than tickets, but I have no comment on your specific case.

    Canadian Passport in person timeline

I applied on May 31. Walk-in near the beginning of the line. Passport Canada at 74 Victoria St Toronto. Travel date: July 8 (not urgent). Went with the standard/free option (mail out). Received passport by mail on June 6, 9am. So, 4 business days. The speed was unexpectedly wonderful.

    Canadian Passport in person timeline

Both questions are already answered in detail in the application guides. (1) Yes they will mail you without you bringing anything (2) You pay by card not by submitting card information in person.

    Canadian Passport in person timeline

Passport Canada at 74 Victoria St Toronto. Lined up before 5:50 for walk-in. I was the 12th person in line. At 6:30, 29 people were in line. They said they mail in 10 business days. I was going to get express pickup but the officer made me think it's not worth it because it's only 2-3 more days...

electronic signatures for passport application possible?

That's right, good point, thanks. I had to go somewhere and print it, spending time and money and risking private data leakage. Now I feel my 3 signatures don't look alike much and wondering if I should start over. That was annoying, but not a big deal.

Can the applicant's and guarantor's name/signature/date/location be done electronically instead of printing + wet signature? Adobe signing, DocuSign etc.

Physical Presence Calculator: "Temporary Resident Permit Holder" or "Temporary Worker" for an open work permit?

no, entirely unrelated, it's for resolving some inadmissibility problems: https://www.canada.ca/en/immigration-refugees-citizenship/corporate/publications-manuals/operational-bulletins-manuals/temporary-residents/permits.html what you're talking about might be visitor record (?)...

Thailand Police Clearance PCC - Fingerprinting and Payment?

No problem. I think those service should also be a good idea, assuming the price is reasonable. And Thai Embassy won't help anyway.

Thailand Police Clearance PCC - Fingerprinting and Payment?

Yes I had it done in 2018. 1) https://www.redsealnotary.com/ 2) Maybe link to it and I can check. But I can tell in advance, I didn't get anything filled out by any official (other than fingerprinting which didn't involve Thai forms). 3-4) Personally I'd strongly recommend against going that...

Country of birth not listed anywhere

Thanks for your reply. i was probably overthinking how it could delay everything by months and what if they don't accept what i send. Probably it shouldn't be hard. How about I send the photo of passport stamps about consulate in Jeddah and the webpage URL of the same consulate with the same...

Do you currently, or have you ever held immigration or citizenship status in a country other than Canada?

Have you read the application guide? Tell us which countries you have held status in, and exactly what status you held or currently hold (student, employment/worker, refugee/protected person, permanent resident or citizen).

Should I enter US L1/L2 visa status in Q13 regarding Immigration Status on Adult application

I think it clearly includes all those cases. "Immigrant" can mean different things in different contexts so they gave particular examples to clarify. So I'd say 95% included.

Country of birth not listed anywhere

I've been searching for a very long time here and elsewhere. Interested if others had the same situation. My country of citizenship is Turkey and place of birth is Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. ALL of my documents from Turkey list it as "Cidde" -- name of that city but with Turkish local spelling. And...
