Which I assume should be prior to sending the passports for printing, am I right?

Congrats! Just a quick question, is "Passport Received by Agent" same as Passport Sent for visa printing ?

How do you get to know the status of the passports, for instance, they are gone for printing etc. I have tried calling CIC contact center but couldnt get through to a live agent. Do you know the sequence of keys to press to connect to a live agent?

I took a print out and sent along with the passports, but i dont think it's mandatory.

I called this morning, they were processing 12th June today.

My suggestion would be that you upload all other documents with LOE , its only after you submit you will be able to use the webform, which you can do at anytime. I wouldn't be able to answer the 2nd question.

If you have any explanation regarding your submission, then it should be detailed in LOE, webform is only after the submission and in case you want to update any information.
