Ramadan Mubarak Dude :) You do not really need to attach the report to CIPS application if you just ask WES to send an extra copy of your report to CIPS. This is what I have done so far. The reference letter almost the same as experience letter. Thanks

I had the standard IQAS ECA report but I have also applied for the IQAS course by course assessment a couple of weeks ago. I have mentioned this in my CIPS application that the IQAS will mail you the assessment report.

Just received an email from the CIPS, they have clearly said if they received the assessment report from the IQAS\WES they do not need the certificates mailed to them.

If the WES receives the copy of the transcripts directly from the university then you don't have to send it to CIPS. I had my basic ECA from IQAS while ago but for the CIPS I sent the certified copies of the transcripts to IQAS which were attested by my university. But to stay on the safe side...

Yes, this is what they said. I had a chat with the immigration officer at Saskatchwan and he said that you can the application without the certificate and we ll put ur application on hold and will process it again after the certificate. If they dont ask for the certificate then there ll be no issue.

This is the worst service I have ever seen. To be honest, IQAS is worst than anything. I think the departments in Pakistan can work better than IQAS.

Finally, received the 2nd email from IQAS about the delivery of the academic documents after 7 weeks. Really hoping to speed up the process.

You can ask for a sealed envelope from the university and get your documents attested from the University and send to them by your self. But to be honest it is the university's responsibility to send the documents to the relevent body they can't say no to that.

Yeah, did check that now about the processing time. When I applied it was 4 weeks. The worst thing is there is no proper way to track the application or even contact them. I tried calling them but no response and if you send an email then it seems like the eternity. Thanks Anyways

I sent my documents to IQAS on 24th of August and documents delivered on 29th of August. I have not get any reply back yet. My university also sent the documents. Why on earth they are taking so long?
