i Havent received any email yet for additional documents last time i received an email was in october 24, 2016 for landing fee and Pcc for India i submitted my upront medical with that thet received that on december 28,2016.Ecas updated medical received on jan 27,2017 after that nothing no email...

automated machine says u need additional documents i tried to talk to an agents it never connects to an agent 15 months have been on july4. medicals was successful. do not need an interview . donot need fingerprints at this moment. any body can suggest what should i do?
