Hello again, If you hold a passport that belongs to a country with visa exempts or you have ETA visa, you only need to send the copies of passport. Otherwise, you need to send the passport.

Since the moment that you are holding a PR you can do anything that you want.. work, study, move to a new province and etc etc.... you don't have any kind of obligations in relation of these things =)
