Received my PCC today after 14 weeks 3 days. The fingerprints were delivered to the FBI on Aug 7th but had two sets each for me and my spouse. The credit card was charged on 11th Nov. Still waiting on my second PCC and two for my spouse's.

I can only guess - The date printed on the FBI letter is what one should go by. The disclaimer is that I am still waiting on mine to reach me so not sure if they even put a date on it, but it makes sense to have it on there.

I am in the same boat as you are. I dont think it has to be ordered for you never know if the software will preserve the order after submission. It would still be ideal to arrange it but if its too much of work maybe not do it? I dont think it goes against you in any way expect that it can cause...

Hi, It's pretty wierd but the system asks me to submit medicals for my 1.5 year toddler dependent. It's pretty odd why would they require medicals for such a small kid and what blood,urine,etc tests will they do for kids. anybody heard about this before or been in the same boat?

Based on what i have been reading on the forum, probably. Someone's run into a problem before when they included two copies of the fingerprints in one envelope with $18 fee. One set of fingerprints didn't come out good so the entire package was rejected without them looking at the second card...
