Oh I thought you could submit the form on the CIC website. It does mention you can do that if it exceeds processing time.

Hasn't your application exceeded the processing time already? I saw it's 12 days for Phillippines.

When they do mention that you can submit a sponsorship letter along with proof of your sponsor if someone is sponsoring you, how is it that you say visitor visa cannot be sponsored?
