Yes I tried with both , entering Just Delhi and DELHI separately. It didn't work. Although i can see in my in messages/Documents - COPR 'Document Valid' and Updated date is '23rd Feb' which is the day i landed, so i don't know why the system is not able to find it.

I would suggest you atleast create your EE profile at first. But for that you need to have your ECA in order to accurately calculate your points. Nevertheless you can still go for FBI PCC if you are sure that your ECA will be done in a few weeks and you would be able to create your EE profile...

You can start it before ITA. Infact if you are sure that you would get an ITA soon , then should start it right away as it takes 3 months. It will be touch and go after you get an ITA as you have 90 days to complete your application.

Is it exactly the same as one would get through usual FBI procedure?. I read on FBI site that there is no way to expedite the process, so i am a bit amazed to know that it can be provided in 2-3 days by them.

Can you please also put a reference for answers to your questions. I am also planning to do a soft landing from US and return back. This information would be helfpful.

Thanks Richa, It is not a certificate of nomination. I have received a confirmation of nomination document which doesn't ask me for any fees or anything. At the same time i have received a message in my Express entry account. :-) Regards, Prateek
