My answers below, 1. As long as you have COPR which i assume you have , the passport will be stamped with a IM-1 (Immigrant 1 ) VISA which is valid for 1 time entry into Canada, so no , you do not need a valid TRV (temp VISA) or work permit when you do the flag polling after getting the IM-1...

If you are flying to Mexico and coming back to Canada, your landing will be adjusted to a PR, in the airport. So go ahead and do the trip, no need to cancel. Most of the people do it fast, because they want to avoid delays to their citizenship application trigger. Which is 3 years or 2 if you...

Answers 1. Yes , he let you in on your work permit, you can check this by seeing if he used a pen on your IM1 visa and struck through the visa, if he did that, then he let you in via the one time visa, but if the one time visa remains untouched with no pencil or pen marks then he let you in via...

The first thing you notice, when you apply for Australian PCC is that CIC does not accept complete disclosures, and will accept only standard. Heck i dint even need Australian PCC, but i know this. You can't call someone pathetic, while you did not do your homework.

Its the reality dude, Jan 2015,2016,2017 , cut offs never went below 450. As the year progresses it will come down for sure, but you have to take into account of how many new profiles are getting added every day and whats their score range etc., Especially after immigration relaxed the rules for...

PNP is not that easy if you are outland , It only helps Inland applicants, who cant get to the cut off score. PNP nomination also requires you to have a job offer and experience in Canada of some sort.

What was your score in November?, When did you submit your EE profile?, 445 is going to be a frustrating score (sorry about that) . As i said before, none of the January draws had a cut off below 450. If you have a score of 450+ then maybe you are safe.

Tough to say, not a single draw for previous Januaries had a score below 450.

Ray of Hope - 81st Draw

This entire PR thing is a business, so there will be draws, the more they make you wait, you will more likely to spend 2000$ for a nomination :), As long as you have a better score (450+) you don't have to worry about draw timings. It will come to you.
