Immigration medical it has been one week clinic didn’t send yet I have called the cic today what can I do

I am inside Canada applied for work permit since my medical was incomplete so cic immigration send me letter to do new medical in 60 days otherwise work permit application will be cancelled. I have done the new medical but don’t no how to send to cic immigration since they didn’t tell me also...
