Are you inland applicant? Sent our passports Sept. 5 as well and according to Canadapost it was received in Ottawa Sept.6

Applying inland but dependents are in the Philippines. No travel history both in my end and spouse so I don't know also what's taking it long to do the BG check :(

We have the same AOR :) BG status upon aor was NA at IP1 it said, "We are processing your background check. We will send you a message if we need more information." but in the afternoon it changed back to NA so I know for a fact that it was IP1 then now at NA2. Have been NA2 since July 28 :(

I believe it will be transferred to the local visa office or Ottawa for finalization. We're both stuck at NA2. (FST inland application but we're from the Philippines).

We have exactly the same BG and Additional Doc. status. Then maybe we also have the same case officer handling our application. I hope we receive good news soon :) Where are you applying from?

I think that is the usual status when you have included an LOE in your application (did you? cause I did) I think you are at IP1. Don't worry cause I think that when you stay for some time at IP1 it will be quicker for you to move from NA2 to IP2. And just a thought, maybe we have the same case...

Also passed medicals and reached NA2 on July 28 and have been stuck at NA2 since then. No additional document requests as of the moment. I just got to know from their reply that papers are at CPC Ottawa. I guess we can't really do anything but to wait :( What does your additional document status...

I emailed them and got a reply after a day. What stage is your background status now?

Hi! I am also at NA2 and my additional documents from AOR shows "additional documents is being reviewed", but I asked cic where my papers are and they replied it's in CPC Ottawa. Do you think my papers are on the last stage of finalization? Thanks.
