Also got Pre-Arrival Services Letter on Sep 13, along with BC in progress. However it's showing as "Decision Made" in cic.gc.ca. Not sure when the PPR request will be.. fingers crossed.

I got a "Decision Made" today as well. No emails/letters, no indication in ECAS other than that. In MyCIC, the 2nd line has changed to something like "we are assessing your eligibility" (it's in french for me). Looking forward for the details of the decision !!

Congrats! Did you receive anything from the Quebec immigration ministry ? Or just a letter from IRCC telling you to send the QC application ?

I would say select Sponsorship, then the sub-category with Parents/Grand-Parents.

I am also a QC applicant. Application received : May 26, Was showing in Ecas since June 23, no AOR. I was able to link my application. The "Details" column is showing the same as yours "Your action is Required", but there are no messages or obvious actions. I am wondering, as you are saying, if...

The UCI of the principal applicant (father or mother). If they don't have one, use one of the other options (name, date of birth, etc)
