No i am single never been married. My father passed away and he was hospitalized with life support. So i had to come to my home country. And this is my 2nd visit after I got my PR. now what can be a worse scenario. I am very tensed.

@Ayanna how about if we apply for H&C and PRRA both but we got H&C approval first and based on H&C approval PRRA file got canceled. Can we still visit back home. Or it will be an issue in immigration or with citizenship

Can someone please help me. Usa consulate kept my passport and said my visa is refused for Administrative processing. But today they email me to send my passport to them as soon as possible. Should i send them my old expired passport. As the valid passport they kept it already. It’s very confusing
