Hey I have the same problem. Just received my passport with Visa stamp but there is no introduction letter. I even checked my CiC account but there is no message there. Is this normal? I am getting worried.:(

Dude, that's a looooong delay. You should've received a decision long time back. Have you applied to any other universities?

Congratulations and Thank you for the comforting words. Yes I am eagerly waiting for my admission and you completed your file on 18th June and I did it on 21st so that gives me some hope. Also did you apply for CAQ?

I called them few days back. Even though my file status shows 'being assessed...' since last 2 months, they told me they still have not opened my file. Also, I was told to expect a reply till mid of October. Now, for Concordia, as we need CAQ before applying for Visa, so that would be too late...

Wow! Congrats dude! :) So they have started giving admits finally!

I submitted all my documents on 21 June, but my file status changed to being assessed only on 13 July. God knows how long will it take them to give a decision. By the way, I got admitted to University of Windsor for MEng. (Industrial) Program for Winter 2018 term. :) Got acceptance letter...

I have applied for MEng. Industrial for Jan 2018 term. My file is being assessed. Anybody got acceptance for winter 2018?

I submitted my application on 24th of May, uploaded all the documents required to complete my file on 21st of June, and my file status changed to 'Your file is being assessed on...' on 13th of July.

I've been a bit optimistic so applied in just two. University of Windsor and Concordia, Concordia being the first preference obviously. However lately, I am getting a bit anxious as they are taking too long! :rolleyes:

Oh that's normal. I faced the same issue. But don't worry they take 3-4 weeks to update the status.:)
