The info in the PPR letter directs you to upload the documents not send them, with visa exempt countries. But there is no capacity to do this. Other are having the same problem. This is what the letter states. Maybe your letter will be different???!!!

Yes -PPR on 21st but having problems uploading documents as there is nowhere to on myCIC. How about you?

If this is any help, we have recently got PPR and only deposited the funds in our account 2 months before submitting the paperwork. This didn't appear to be a problem. As long as you can identify where the money has come from - that it is legitimate then I don't believe this is a reason for...

http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/helpcentre/answer.asp?qnum=1311&top=23 You can use the link above to upload and other people have recommended sending the forms with your photos and a covering letter to explain that there is nowhere to upload the documents. It appears to be a regular occurrence.

Hi We have the same problem. There's nowhere to upload anything. Have asked the question elsewhere but so far no response. The best info I could find was to fill out a webform but haven't looked yet.
