Received an update of being scheduled for CS Test on PR T., but no invitation 1 week after window start date?

Thanks so much @antriksh27 ! At least there are some reasoning for such gap in sending invites with a proposed workaround...hoping I will get same response very soon...else will go for the test directly on the 14th!

Received an update of being scheduled for CS Test on PR T., but no invitation 1 week after window start date?

Yeah I already sent a webform ,as a formal documented approach for highlighting the fact that I did not receive an invitation (sent on the 27th of April),but no response yet though with 15th of May being the end date of the associated window @scylla What are your valuable opinions is this...

Received an update of being scheduled for CS Test on PR T., but no invitation 1 week after window start date?

But I have seen here some posts that this is not a valid process flow and won't be counted as taking the test formally ...as you will be asked to re do it through a proper formal invitation eventually ?

Asked for Police Certificate for a Country ,I did not spend 183 days in?

Finally I was able to communicate where all my doubts came from and why I was seeing that the body of this ADR was somehow relevant and hence apart from "protesting /fighting /pushing back" comments ...it simply need to be addressed! If the entire case aspects reached you ,it means I delivered...

Asked for Police Certificate for a Country ,I did not spend 183 days in?

Thanks @dpenabill... I concluded that from your perspective-although I agree that is up to me and you are not forcing me in any direction-,attaching the passport and showing the date of my the last /exit stamp leaving that country will not add much value....as you simply and personally do not...

Asked for Police Certificate for a Country ,I did not spend 183 days in?

Thanks again @dpenabill ,but what about the new update from embassy that this would take 6 months (I also double-checked this on their formal site and it appears they formally updated it to 6 months there as well ,and totally removed the 4 month thing),in your opinion : A)Do I have to inform...

Thanks for your support ... Yes as per this status check ,it shows "Application Received" and that is it.... Guess we have to rely only on that one or that status tracker account creation issue would be properly resolved.

Asked for Police Certificate for a Country ,I did not spend 183 days in?

@dpenabill ,As usual an objective, constructive and content-rich input...thanks for taking from your time to extend your feedback! As I already mentioned, fairness topic and discussion of the process defects in the PCC area, is not related to the action I took on the same day of the ADR, which...

Asked for Police Certificate for a Country ,I did not spend 183 days in?

100 % agree on the conclusion itself ,and this is what I was saying already during the last few posts(kindly notice 2nd paragraph in my previous post above, stating the exact same thing already) . Kindly note also that the thread did not start as venting or discussing dents in the process, it...

Asked for Police Certificate for a Country ,I did not spend 183 days in?

Again I cannot assume anything @DSEuro78 ...I must solely act and behave honestly based on the initial application form flow and exact ADR details provided formally by IRCC ,and I already acted on both with 150% due diligence on the same day of receiving the ADR (for example from the first...

Asked for Police Certificate for a Country ,I did not spend 183 days in?

Hi Mounat, Sorry for the long reply ,but apparently due to the previously lengthy chain of posts the discussion flow was broken, as most of what you mentioned was already agreed on / actioned! 1)I mentioned few times here, that the PCC request -as a standalone request in itself- is not an...

Asked for Police Certificate for a Country ,I did not spend 183 days in?

Regarding point # 2, Unlike most cases, I simply cannot get along and proceed with their ad-hoc request in the provided time frame by any means! As advised before I now don't have any residential rights in such country to deal directly with associated local governmental entities !Need to go...

Asked for Police Certificate for a Country ,I did not spend 183 days in?

Before any thing let me stress again that I totally agree with both you and @scylla on 2 main aspects : A)IRCC can request almost everything they want basically whenever they want within the process duration B)In "Normal" circumstances, going along with their ad-hoc requests is usually the...
