Many congratulations to you both!! Are you both inside or outside Canada currently? IRCC asks for height and eye color in order to prepare for a COPR document and/or permanent resident visa. Just include a small letter/note in your passport submission package and sent it to VFS/VAC. I would...- $$harsh$$

@armoured When I logged in our GC key account to see how to upload this requested document I see under Optional documents they have created a slot named Replacement Needed/Client Information.
