Don't worry about what they say. u will be done much sooner. the cic account status changes once COPR is issued. i got mine today. 5 days!! thanks P

the required document is mentioned on the email copy of ppr email 1 photos with right specs and details on the back VAC form, which the vfs provided me with. thanks P

Its absolutely okay. I had my spouse transfer funds electronically and mentioned the same in the LOE. just make sure u have transferred similar amounts and frm the same source

Dear All, I want to know, the various options to carry money into canada. we live in the UAE. my bank says i can ask for a DD but not close my account thereafter. also the DD will take over a month to encash while in canada. do you suggest i carry cash? what are the options? thanks Aruna
