Damn!. You should email NDVO and ask; delhiimmigration@international.gc.ca They have been very slow in April it seems. Hopefully they pickup in May.

As per the spreadsheet nearly 40% of June applicants are still waiting for their PPR. Is that figure correct or many haven't updated the spreadsheet?

Hopefully they communicate with us in May rather than in June. As per their email in January 2018.
